About Us

Celebrating our heritage, strengthening our bond.

The North American Jat Heritage Foundation in association with Bay area Jat Association- brings together Jat families from across North America, while keeping our hearts rooted in our motherland, Bharat. United by our shared roots, we stand together with pride in our culture, our history, and the values handed down to us through generations.

Our mission is to keep those roots alive - bridging the old and the new, guiding our youth, and passing on the traditions, sacrifices, and achievements that make us who we are. Through cultural celebrations, community gatherings, and giving back to noble causes, we nurture the spirit of brotherhood - our Bhai-Chara - that has always defined the Jat community.

The Jat Heritage Convention is the heart of this mission: a moment each year for families from across North America to come together, reconnect, and carry our heritage forward. This is our third - and with every gathering, our family grows.

Our Objectives

Unity & Brotherhood

Bring Jats from every corner of North America together, strengthening the bonds, mutual support, and sense of belonging that hold our community close.

Preserving Our Culture

Offer a living stage for our traditions, history, and values, so younger generations stay connected to where they come from.

Pride in Our Identity

Honor the courage, achievements, and contributions of the Jat community, past and present, and carry that pride forward.

Open doors for families and professionals to build lasting relationships, while giving our youth a strong sense of identity to carry our legacy forward.
