Andy Chhikara (chair trustee)

Andy Chhikara is the CEO and managing principal of SOCH Management LLC. With over 35 years of entrepreneurial experience, Andy has built a robotic portfolio in the hospitality and convenience retail industries. Being before business emperor, he is always a social, family and community person . His philosophy is helping communities and humanities through uplifting Jat community.

Dilbagh Gill (North East Trustee)

Dilbagh Singh Gill is a software engineer with 30 years of experience in Insurance and mortgage industry. Dilbagh was born in Samain, Hisar, Haryana. Elementry schooling in Samain and rest of schooling was completed in Jat High and Jat College Hisar. Dilbagh completed his bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering from Amravati University, Maharashtra in 1995. Dilbagh started working as software engineer in New Delhi in 1995 and moved to North America in February 1999. Since 2013, Dilbagh lives in New Jersey with his wife Neelam and three daughters and one son. Dilbagh takes lot of interest in brining Jat community together in North America and work hard for community affairs.

Ajay Dalal

Ajay Dalal is a highly accomplished RF and Microwave Engineering professional with more than 30 years of dedicated expertise in the design, development, production, and leadership of high-reliability subsystems for radar, electronic warfare (EW/ECM/ESM), and space-qualified applications.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication.

He began his career as a Lecturer in the Electronics & Communication Engineering Department at C.R.R.I.T., Kanjhawala, Delhi, where he later advanced to serve as Officiating Head of the Department. He then transitioned into the RF and microwave communications industry, progressing through key technical and leadership roles to his current position as Manager of the RF Subsystems Department. In this role, he leads a team of engineers, technicians, and assemblers while overseeing end-to-end production operations.

Among his notable accomplishments are independently directing and delivering two space-qualified hardware projects for the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO). These projects achieved flawless execution with a 0% failure rate, earning strong customer confidence and resulting in significantly larger follow-on orders for the company.

Beyond his professional career, Ajay is actively involved in community and social activities. He is one of the founder and served as the first President of the Haryanvi Bay Area Association (HBA), a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting Haryanvi culture, heritage, and unity among people from Haryana in the San Francisco Bay Area.

He is also actively engaged with the Federation of Indo-Americans of Northern California (also known as FOG/FIA or Festival of Globe), where he serves as Chair of Security. In this capacity, he successfully led security operations for the organization's major Festival of India / Parade and Mela events in both 2024 and 2025.

In his free time, he enjoys playing badminton and cherishing moments with his family—his loving wife, one son, and one daughter. He originally hails from Asaudah village in Jhajjar district, a prominent village renowned for the Dalal gotra.

Dr. Anita Ghanghas

Dr. Anita Ghanghas is an accomplished educationist, technology leader, and dedicated community contributor. She holds M.Sc. (Chemistry), M.Phil, M.Ed., M.C.A., Ph.D., Web Designing and Project Management Degrees , reflecting her strong academic foundation and multidisciplinary expertise. Originally from Rohtak, India, she served as a Principal at College, demonstrating effective leadership and academic excellence.

After becoming a Canadian Citizen in 2014, she expanded her professional journey internationally, working as a Software Manager in an AI company in Canada. She is currently serving as a Certified Teacher, continuing her passion for education and student development.

Since 2023, Dr. Anita Ghanghas has been serving as a Trustee of NAJHF, where she contributes strategic vision, ethical leadership, and a deep commitment to community growth and empowerment.

Sonal Schneider

Sonal Schneider, née Singh, was born in Hisar, Haryana, and spent her childhood in Scotland, India, and the United States. Her family hails from Neemly (near Charkhi Dadri) on her father's side, and Khabra Kalan on her mother's.

Along with degrees in International Relations, International Business, and Biochemistry, she has a Masters degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management as well as certifications in Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion, and Ethical Leadership. She worked for Tusculum University, Sky Hotels, Hyatt, and Hilton Hotels before joining her current role at Walt Disney World in the Specialty Teams and Emerging Markets segment. As an experienced Senior Consultant for a private DEI firm based in TN, she has delivered over 80 presentations on a variety of topics including Ethics in the Workplace, Inclusive Communication, Generational Diversity and more. She regularly assists National Geographic with translation work for their stories on

India and Nepal and has logged over 300 community service hours with Outreach programs for first generation college students and Girl Scouts USA. She is married and has two children and currently resides with her family in Lakeland, Florida.

After Dr. Jaipal Rana, she was the first member to join the NAJHF.
